20 years ago the owner Ziya Simsek created a small lodge surrounded by a park right beside the sea. It is situated in a small bay in the Olympos Naationalpark 70km south of Antalya, Turkey.
The skulptor and designer Detlef Schulz fitted the complete area including the rooms, restaurant, park and beach with handmade furniture and sculptures.

For MINI Lifeestyle DIEPHOTODESIGNER.DE produced a shooting of an old english bus. The bus from 1961 – the year of the first MINI – was rebuild and designed as a shop at the ground floor. At the first floor they built a lounge. The bus is moving to various events all over Europe.

For VOGUE Magazine DIEPHOTODESIGNER.DE visited Italian Stararchitect Massimiliano Fuksas and his wife Doriana on Pantelleria Island.
Very close to Africa the Italian island is an oasis between palm trees, cacti and black lavastone. Here the couple had bought an abandoned estate consisting of eleven small stone houses in the typical island style and turned it into their private summer retreat.
