Nanjing TUSPARK is a huge urban project with a successful mix of business and leisure functions embedded in a green setting at the lake. The project by Shanghai based architectural firm LOGON thanks to very well balanced choices presents itself with a natural but sophisticated look. Three building types for individual spatial solutions and a close tie to the public areas, a connection between the City Centre, the new business area and Nanjing airport.

Hotel Puerta America in Madrid is a unique place of avantgarde interior design and architecture.

The neverbeen-attempted-before project has brought together nineteen of the top architecture and design studios in the world from thirteen different countries such as Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid, David Chipperfield, Norman Foster, Plasma Studio and Marc Newson. In 342 rooms on twelve floors they worked out their ideas and all played with different materials, colours and shapes.
